A: Our laundromat is in Williamsburg, and our pickup and delivery covers most of North Brooklyn - Williamsburg, Greenpoint, East Williamsburg, Bushwick, Clinton Hill, and Fort Greene. A: Yes - easy street parking on our quiet, tree-lined block of Keap Street (alternate-side rules apply, so check signs). There's also a Citi Bike dock nearby, and we're a block from the Metropolitan Ave L train.
Q: Do you separate whites and colors?
A: Yes, on request. Just add a note to your order or tell the attendant at drop-off and we'll wash whites and colors separately. For small orders we charge a split fee between $5 and $7 when requested.
Q: Do you wash delicates?
A: Yes, on request. Please send delicates in a separate bag, up to 8 items per bag; each additional item is charged per item.
Q: Can I bring my own detergent?
A: Yes, you're welcome to bring your own, though we can't guarantee the effectiveness of the wash with customer-supplied detergent.
Q: What detergent do you use?
A: We use a locally manufactured, lightly scented commercial detergent that is eco-friendly and cost-effective. We also offer an unscented, higher-quality detergent and softener from the same chemist. Just ask.
